Job Description  ABS Services Delivery Lead (f/m), Level C-00133140 Description   The Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the solution delivery of Accenture Business Services provided to Accenture's Clients.   Activities may include: Managing the delivery teams across multiple locations Implementing and improving standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies Manage Supply and Demand based on available capacity and demand forecasts Meeting operational and financial commitments Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design Ensure the feasibility of the standard solutions and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture's full capabilities Report to Client and Accenture management according to the defined governance model Address performance issues across the Service Delivery Operations, create the operational approach and implement continuous improvements Formalize delivery plans for the Service Delivery Operations(s) with Service Group delivery leadership Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization Qualifications   A master degree Minimum 4 years of professional experience Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects Project-based and industry experience within a large ...
