Für diesen Bereich suchen wir einen erfahrenen und kommunikationsstarken Account Technical Strategist (ATS) – (w/m), der für die umfassende, technische Betreuung eines strategischen Kunden Publishing Bereich zuständig ist. Dies ist ein zusätzliches Headcount Investment in einen bestehenden Kunden, mit hervorragender existierender Relationship und Potential zu wachsen.Der Account Technical Strategist ist als Mitglied des Account Teams der hauptverantwortliche Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Partner bei allen technologischen Themen und Strategien. Die wesentlichen Aufgaben sind:• Management aller technischen Pre-Sales Ressourcen die mit dem Account arbeiten (TSP, TAM, evtl. ESC) • Koordination aller technologischen Aspekte des Relation- und Opportunitymanagements• Hauptverantwortlicher im Team für das Thema Infrastructure Optimization • Verantwortlich für das Thema Deployment der vom Kunden erworbenen MS Produkte• Zuständig für Security mobilization/ readiness• Maßgebliche Mitarbeit bei der Account Planung, dabei verantwortlich für die Entwicklung einer kundenspezifischen Technologie-StrategieDer ATS arbeitet sehr eng ...
