In your new position, you will develop consumer strategies and campaignsas stated in the Brand Plan. You will manage digital and PR agencies as well as ensure theintegrated communication (HCP/consumer) within the marketing mix. Moreover, you willconsider the digital media choices (websites, apps) when addressing to the target group. Inaddition, you will create a category name for intrauterine contraception. Your job alsocomprises the close collaboration with the Global Brand Teams´ key countries and regions bystrongly focusing on the digital and social media communication. Besides, you will developthemes for LCS for the internal communication within Bayer Pharma/Bayer HealthCare andthe LCS Brand Managers in the countries. Budget responsibility for projects will also be partof your role.Your qualifications You have successfully completed your university studies in businessadministration, marketing or health sciences. The position requires several years ofprofessional experience in digital marketing with a good understanding of medical, scientificand technical themes and insights.
