This position will be based in Munich.Responsibilities:•Own daily/weekly/monthly productivity metrics analysis and reporting at DE country level•Facilitate DE operations annual business plans and financial estimates in a timely and accurate manner.•Develop DE country level Financial Planning and Analysis function and supporting processes•Work closely with the DE site Controllers and Business Analysts to develop and generate quarterly operational cost targets; participate in the strategic finance planning effort •Evaluate and implement opportunities for improving forecast accuracy and improving/automating the forecasting processes.•Establish and drive a variance analysis processes on an ongoing basis.
