The position will be responsible for managing the selection and appointment of large and strategic new card issuing opportunities with Banks and other financial institutions across Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. This will include the requirement to support and drive deals worth a combined total of over Euros 200 Bn in mature Billed Business over a five year period.The position will be involved with all the existing business constructs available in the GNS Business Model but will contribute to the creation of innovative and ground-breaking new business constructs meeting the new regulatory environment within the European Union.The role will significantly contribute to the expansion of GNS in EMEA through the establishment of some of the largest and most strategic card issuing relationships.The candidate will deliver on the relevant market plan based on the overall GNS EMEA strategy. He/she will manage the day to day sales & negotiations cycle (to cover but not restricted to financials, legal and contractual obligations, commercial negotiations, etc.) with identified prospects within his or her allocated portfolio.
