Nordrhein-Westfalen - Software - Business Development - Invensys Operations Management

This position reports to the Sales Manager Channel & Equipment and with the responsibility to: ·         Expand and manage the sales within the Germany & Austria Wonderware GmbH ·         Achievement of the planned revenue for the CustomerFirst yearly ·         Identify risk areas and build and manage contingency to mitigate ·         Feedback any competitive pressures and market changes so evolutionary decisions may be taken in good time for CF and SI ·         Provide/support monthly sales reports on CustomerFirst adoption ·         Support the sales force by pro-actively convincing customer to join the CustomerFirst program in direct sales calls/ face to face meetings ·         Create a long term relationship with our customers and provide clear benefits and values of the CustomerFirst and SI program ·         Be the central point of CustomerFirst contracts and contacts for customers in Germany and Austria ·         Share best practice and information between Wonderware Headquarter, Wonderware EMEA and Wonderware GmbH by contacting e.g. Futuristix and/or FactorySystemes ·         Follow-up procedures to ensure that customers and employees have satisfied answers to their questions ·    ...
