Coach (Abteilungsleiter) Womens Start Date Immediate Closing date for applications 31/07/08 Department Retail Location Germany Factory Stores Job description MISSION As part of the store management team, to successfully manage the sales floor in accordance with Nike philosophy, policies and procedures. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES Customer Service To lead by example in terms of Nike customer service standards, playing an active role in serving customers on a daily basis and providing management support to deal with more complex customer queries or complaints. Sales Floor Management To assist with staff scheduling, ensuring optimum coverage as per the needs of the business. With ASM, monitor coverage on a day-to-day basis. Manage all daily activities on the sales floor including customer service, cash and wraps, merchandising standards and general housekeeping. To assist ASM with opening and closing of the store and daily cash reconciliation. Coaching With the Assistant Store Manager, overall responsibility for managing performance of the store team providing regular feedback, training and development.
