    The job holder will lead and coordinate the Commercial Account Management team to ensure that short and long term sales and profit objectives are achieved in the most efficient way. The job holder will maintain effective business relations throughout the Huntsman Polyurethanes organisation and customers including excellent communication with other Commercial and Business Managers, also the EBDT and TS Management functions.   The job holder will report directly to the Automotive Business Manager.   Principal accountabilities:   Directly lead a team of key account and account managers and indirectly a group of indirect reports and responsible for the development of the commercial organisation Ensure implementation and execution of Key Account Management for the selected accounts without neglecting the profitable accounts. Ensure management of sizeable complex opportunities through widespread use of Winning Complex Sales methodology Deliver annual sales & profit targets for the business, as agreed with Automotive Business Manager Manage customer contacts at the customers CEO or company owner´s level.
