The Contract Management Expert executes strategic and operational tasks on assignedContract Types or Contract Categories in the context of the Contract Management System(CMS).This includes but is not limited to pipeline building, leading on-boarding projects, continuouslyimprove the Contract Management (CM) strategies, CM tools and CM processes.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSThe Senior Contract Manager will serve as part of a deployment and operational team that isfocused on achievement of the following tasks:Task 1Secure CMS’ general availabilityComplete and constantly improve/enhance CMSBecome the first point of contact for all CMS related questionsTask 2Ensure all (assigned) contract types are on-boardedCreate self service deployment training kit, customized deployment kit, and customize MassUpload Tool (MUT) based on LoB requirements to ensure relevant case dataTrain local organization [virtually] to complete Upload Tool data & perform upload actionProvide guidance to identify organization roles required to populate Mass Upload ToolEstablish “best practices” approach, i.e., simplify data collection & automate data completionInitial upload action occurs with CMS TeamMonitor actions, data & overall local approach to ensure data consistencyPerform a joint assessment with local orga ...
