Essential Functions of the Job / Responsibilities Initiate, build and sustain productive relationships across IT Services and the business Monitor and manage successful, fit for purpose end-to-end delivery of Desktop components Oversee and provide perspective to team on approach for active Deployment efforts - primarily focusing on managing the activities across the different functions in Operation, resulting in full operationalization of the project deliverables. This includes activities during the project, such as proactively driving and socializing environment change requests, bridging engineering and operational efforts and support Deliver Desktop components focusing on Desktop performance while meeting our business needs Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence Prioritize deliveries in conjunction with various customers (projects in the service delivery functions or otherwise) Managing overall expectations of Customers and the team Overseeing technical elements as well as customers needs while ensuring technology and support meet business needs and productivity Collaborating closely with business partners and across IT Services who are an integral part in Desktop Delivery    Your profile - to help us progress together ...
