  The Managing Director of the Concept and Design team is responsible for the day-to-day operation and development of the Concept and Design team.   Responsibilities   People management is a primary aspect of the role, with the objective to grow the team, in terms of competence and capabilities, to maximise its impact in the organisation and to create a strong design culture. Establish and maintain a strong design organization in Nokia's L&C unit Day to day management of the Concept and Design team Represents the interests of the team to upper management (VP and EVP level) Engages and collaborates with other parts of the Nokia organization to strengthen the role of the Concept and Design team With the support of the creative leads, defines industry leading practices and ways of working for all aspects of the Concept and design team across Nokia's L&C organization Works with senior leadership to develop and refine work processes across the L&C unit Establishes annual goals, budgets, staffing plans, relationships and strategy for operational and team success Attracts and retains the best creative talent Qualifications   Required   Experience in managing design teams is essential and you have a deep understanding of the creative process and what it takes to run a successful des ...
