Job description In your new position you serve as early clinical lead in several projects. Youare accountable and responsible for planning, content, execution and delivery of early clinicaldevelopment plans from D3 to Proof-of-Concept (PoC)/Proof-of-Transition (PoT) forexploratory candidates. Furthermore, you lead the early clinical team, a cross-functional,multinational team of internal experts, and coordinate the activities of team members,including study-related activities. Additionally, you have the responsibility for the clinicalinterface with other Global Discovery (GDD) functions, Global Clinical Development (GCD),commercial divisions and regulatory authorities. You ensure the seamless transition ofproject(s) from preclinical to exploratory and then full development and give strategic inputinto R&D aspects of sub-indications. Moreover, you serve as internal opinion leader todevelop general project frames by defining the suitability of indications within the global Bayerperspective.Your qualifications You hold a degree as MD (m/f) or scientist (m/f) with several years ofexperience in the area of clinical pharmacology and/or the respective therapeutic field.Preferentially you are a board certified clinical pharmacologist (m/f) or have a boardcertification in a relevant thera ...
