What are my responsibilities?   Responsible for supporting the respective Regional and/or Practice Partner in executing CF A strategy, promoting the profile of CF A within Siemens, and efficiently managing the delivery of the internal audit plan. Develop self and others through coaching and effectively advance CF A’s people development strategy by motivating his/her team through outstanding leadership; identify and proposes to the Regional/Practice Partner potential successors to his/her position. Maintaining relationships with internal and external CF A stakeholders. Liaise with local management on a regular basis to ensure knowledge of business strategies, objectives and risks are appropriately considered and to provide subject matter expertise on financial (reporting) risks and controls. Act as a Sounding Board on risks, and controls, value chain issues. Develop and drive Audit quality, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within CF A to enhance the value provided to CF A stakeholders.   What do I need to qualify for this job?   At least 8-10 years experience in internal audit and/or Risk Management in or with multinational blue chip (i.e. Fortune 500) organizations or at least 2 years experience as a Director in a ‘Big 4’ accounting practice required Strong a ...
