In Nokia's Location & Commerce Applications sub-unit, we are looking for an experienced UX design program manager to support the product strategy-, user research- and design teams throughout the product ideation- and design process.   Organisation Role: Business Leadership (experience in managing user experience design teams required) Role Descriptor: Develop and formulate operation direction, environment, expectations, priorities.   As a director of program management you are responsible for running the operational aspects of the Application Concept and Design unit and you help to build and maintain cross-organisational relationships that help to establish the Application Concept and Design Office as a leading strategic- and design function.
