RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve Disk sales goals for the territory, focusing on margin and growth. Build and execute a sales strategy to develop and manage disk sales pipeline. Direct management of the Sales teams on major Disk deals Develop, recommend and implement a comprehensive Disk sales approach for the territory. Works with channels to identify, recruit and engage resellers and other partners, to develop and grow a sustainable Disk business in the non-direct accounts Provide accurate forecast and pipeline information   SCOPE: Act as the Storage business owner and evangelist in the territory Responsible for managing the Disk opportunities throughout the lifetime of the sale (qualification, prioritization, direct or partner resource allocation). Ensure sales teams include Disk sales plans in the account plans for all direct touch accounts. Participate in account planning for all large customers Ensure ongoing knowledge transfer of product set to sales team and channel partners.
