RESPONSIBILITIES: Thought Leadership and Product Programs Key contact for HCM Development : Regional requirements , Markets trends, Influencer on overall strategy and focus area Manage regional reporting and pipeline analysis for their pillar Manage Market analysis and Support to Budget definition with Regional Sales VP’s and Business operations Gather and utilize regional competitive insights and analysis and roll out to local Sales Dev & Sales team Support Marketing HCM key Events to present overall Applications/Solutions Strategy Influence and validate HCM Product Marketing Strategy and Programs with EMEA product Marketing team Support EMEA major HCM Sales readiness Programs in coordination with Sales Readiness / Development / AGSS group Support evangelization of EMEA Strategic Transformational Partners Community Solution/Product Business Plan Stimulate buy-in and support from both Industry/Local sales organizations as well as other regional and corporate functions regarding the HCM /Talent Management Solution go-to-market and business development activities Manage and develop overall HCM regional business plans and GTM in collaboration with the countries and industries in EMEA (with mutual agreement) Initiate Global Demand Generation programs (in agreement with AGSS guideli ...
