We are looking for you as Engineer CMOS Char./Model (f/m). In this position you will be responsible for Model/Hardware correlation for most advanced CMOS technologies: - definition of optimized modeling macro content (test structures) - characterization of test chip wafers and data analysis - development/assessment of SPICE models for CMOS devices (core, IO, Memory cells) - model hardware correlation to library elements (Ringo's, SRAM Memory, ..) and analog circuits ; extraction & simulation of critical application circuits - evaluation of on-chip-variation and input to digital sign off - evaluation of technology offers related to product / circuit application needs incl. feedback to fab - contribution to innovation and methodology projects  Qualifications  Degree in physics / electronics; (semiconductor device physics) Job experience preferred (e.g. semiconductor technology, device physics and modelling , circuit design or simulation ..)
