The Software Development Manager will be managing and leading a team of developers within the Adobe Core Technology - Media Intelligence - division. You will be responsible for driving specific cross-product features through the entire life cycle, from requirement gathering to delivery, meeting the reliability, performance and quality targets required in our company. Your excellent communication skills will ensure seamless collaboration between your team and multiple groups within Adobe ranging from CoreTech partner teams in India and China to flagship product teams such as Adobe® Photoshop® or InDesign®. As a people manager, you will have to hire and retain top talents in your team, keeping your direct reports motivated, developing your team members and participating in management related activities.
