The Enterprise Architect is primarily responsible for providing direct support to sales efforts by incorporating both client-related and operational support. Client-related functions include lead qualification; client proposal development and presentations, crafting of value propositions for clients, and understanding and communication of Dell technical capabilities. Develops cost models, manages change control process, oversees, coordinates and finalizes proposal content. Participates or leads client proposal presentations. Operational support may include sales funnel reporting, lead tracking and follow-up, detailed communication and packaging of Dell technical capabilities for clients and go to market sales teams. Develops the service model, identifies appropriate development groups. The candidate is a key leading technical member of the EMEA Regional Solutions team overseeing and ensuring architectural consistency and governance within engagements. They will be primarily responsible for understanding and reporting on a customer’s current as-is footprint as well as being able to clearly understand/define a desired end state footprint that delivers the Business’s prime business objectives.
