  The Enterprise Records & Information Management (eRIM) Client Engagement Manager is focused on ensuring the delivery of physical and electronic records management services to the Pfizer enterprise.  The Client Engagement Manager will report the Client Engagement Director and will be responsible for the delivery of records management services and solutions to a client portfolio.  Client portfolios are determined at the discretion of the Director and may be aligned according to geography, business unit or corporate function. The scope of services delivered include solutions for physical records management and archiving, electronic record archiving, and agreement management.  The role will be focused on 1) identifying opportunities within client groups for improving records management capabilities, 2) understanding and being able to articulate the cost/risk drivers, and 3) delivering solutions that are more efficient and align to enterprise standards.  Key to the success of this role is an ability to manage client requirements, expectations, and change as well as a strong understanding of records management principles.       Responsibilities   The Client Engagement Manager will report to Client Engagement Director and will have the following responsibilities: • Partner ...
