Actively train others, facilitate update calls, authordocuments, collect lessons learned from previous projects, collectbest practices and set-up and run communities and networks enablingreduced failure rates, improved customer satisfaction and fasteradoption of new methods. Incorporate Change Management activities including stakeholdermanagement, communication, enablement and securing executivesupport. Take responsibility to identify, assess and mitigatehigh-impact risks. Monitor progress on a regular basis with the following methods:tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), deliverable review,quality gates and formal approvals.
