As an Expert in Employment Conditions and Collective Agreements working withinthe central de-partment responsible for Labour Law, Labour Relations andCollective Bargaining & Social Policy, you will contribute directly toactivities relating to employment terms and conditions – with a particularfo-cus on remuneration and working time systems – for all sites operated by ABBGermany. You will work independently as well as within a team-based environmentand in close collaboration with business units   Within this context, all working time systems and regulations will have to take into account the full range of statutory provisions concerning labour law and collective agreements, as well as incorporating essential components such as time measurement and "working time on trust" models.Your responsibilities will also include analysing the various systems of employment models on the basis of benchmarks.In this role, you will be expected to put forward recommendations that provide legal certainty and are fully compliant with collective agreements, as well advising on all issues from initial conception through to committee-based negotiations and final conclusion of agreements.This will also include issues relating to codetermination and collective agreements.In addition to these duties, ...
