For the German legal entity we are currently looking for a well experienced Finance Manager / Business Unit Controller (m/f). Ihre Aufgaben: Responsible for all financial issues of the German plant and the European Business Unit Strong collaboration with the Group Finance Director and the Chief Accountant Europe Contact for tax, administrative, payroll and legal matters of the German legal entity Being Business Partner for the Group Finance Director, General Manager and Business Managers including financial control & financial analysis Responsible for financial reporting to the European headquarters Support budgets and forecasts processes for the Business Unit in Europe Design and produce reports and balanced scorecard to help Business Managers to get a comprehensive understanding of their business at European level Ensure the compliancy of the clients plant via internal control systems and procedures (SOX) Set up business based internal control management systems Communication with banks and other institutions Prepare government statistics and dec ...
