To review and manage financial performance and expense control on a functional / project level through planning and analysis for the abovementioned R&D Functions  Provide project accounting and analytical support to Product Development Management team members  Improve and manage financial information flows between Finance Department and Product Development / Research & Technology Management exceeding the expectations of the customers  Review and update business systems  Ensure full compliance with Corporate Governance requirements  Assist in the accurate and timely completion of Annual R&D Tax Claim in accordance with regulatory requirements  Prepare European R&D Budget submission in accordance with Group Timetable      Qualifications and experience required for the role:   At least five years financial and managerial experience with significant commercial  involvement in the review and management of financial planning and analysis  Tertiary qualification with preferably an MBA or other relevant post-graduate education  Medical Device industry experience preferable  Relevant Project costing / product development / manufacturing expertise  Relevant experience managing internationally based finance teams  Hyperion, COGNOS, Demantra or other relevant reporting tools ...
