This position is a key transformational leadership role within GE Germany and GE Lighting EMEA with the opportunity to reset and lead an organization of 50+ MM USD revenues and 23 people with huge growth potential in a highly competitive market. Essential Responsibilities The role includes leadership over a fundamental future segment of our business and is aimed at defining and leading our business in Germany by establishing a growth path and go to market strategy including its overall execution for the next years and beyond. The responsibility will cover direct and indirect leadership of all commercial functions located in the country. The Sales General Manager Germany reports to the General Manager Technology Enterprises of GE Germany and also functionally to the Commercial Director GE Lighting Europe. The primary job scope is leading sales and sales operations in consumer, OEM, distribution and specification channels with clear focus on indoor, outdoor and retail verticals with a line of sight for automotive and speciality channels.
