UT is a core technology for our Inspection Technologies portfolio of businesses. It currently represents a >200MM volume equipment business with aggressive growth targets This is a sales leadership role, which involves direct and indirect management of a UT TM & AUT product & application-focused sales team. The key responsibilities are the following: Essential Responsibilities Help develop vision and strategy for the development of our UT TM and AUT sales and execute the P&L strategy. Break it down to actions to drive quarterly results. • Key measurements: Order, Sales, Contribution Margin, Price, Net Promoter Score, Base cost • Work alongside the Regional and Key account organizations to deliver the orders, sales, CM, etc. commitments • Align/allocate resources and structure to support the key account team and regional sales teams to drive growth in the core segments. • Create depth and expertise in the UT TM and AUT modality by setting setup training programs and processes that allow sharing application and product knowledge fast and effective around the globe. • Partner closely with the Customer OPS organization to ensure there is alignment in our Inquiry To Order & Order To Remittance processes to ensure we are meeting our customer key requirements • Provide perio ...
