The service manager is responsible for delivering end-to-end Unified Communication services.The role is accountable for designing, building, pricing, and enhancing the service, as well asservice delivery and cost recovery. The role also works with the stakeholders to understand thebusiness outcomes of the service, and with architects, technology brokers, and external serviceproviders to understand the underlying technologies. Service Manager tracks service KPIs todrive ongoing improvements in service delivery performance.Reporting directly in to the Director of Client Technology Operations.Budget, forecast and general cost control responsibility.Close engagement with Field IT, Design and other peer groups.Escalation point for all UC services.Execution according Strategy and ensuring the fulfillment of defined SLA/OLA/KPI’sEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESUniversity or Diploma degree in Information TechnologyExperience in IT OperationsAbility to think strategically, focus on goals, plan, organize and delegate.Experience in working in virtual teams, with people of other culturesManagement experience, particularly internationalSelf-driven and team-playerExcellent English language skillsITIL V2 or V3 Service Management SkillsWORK EXPERIENCEAt least 5 years of i ...
