Role Overview:Responsible for the Services Operating plan, Delivery Excellence, Capability Development, Operations and Resource Management for TCIS Services business in the region.Lead the delivery of systems integration services and solutions into targeted high-growth markets for new and existing clients while achieving profitable revenue growth for Unisys. Assist in building additional business long-term client relationships, and cultivates services opportunities by shaping deals and establishing engagements to ensure profitable revenue growth for Unisys.Successfully leverage Unisys’ portfolio to deliver break-through results for clients, implement the overall business strategy within their practice and develops other practice leaders within the region to achieve growth and profitability.Delivery Excellence§ Ensure quality, timeliness, project revenues, margins, and customer satisfaction within Systems Integration engagements§ Manage the Project Portfolio review process. Conduct monthly Project Portfolio Review calls with the delivery leads.§ Ensure projects are in compliance with the SDF and MS Project mandate, and the TCIS Best Practices Checklist.
