  Develop and implement the global sourcing strategy for phase 2-4 trials within the general category of CRO Services for Medicine Work with the Global Sourcing Leader CRO Services and relevant medical business partners to establish and implement a category strategy Establish and maintain standardized RFP (request for proposal) and contract templates Identificate and evaluate existing and potential suppliers Implement sourcing risk management and especially identify, evaluate and classify sourcing risks and devise risk mitigation measures Gather and analyze financial data and make strategic procurement recommendations to category lead and internal business partners Implement a sourcing strategy for optimizing the external global spend Drive and align strategic sourcing activities with global sourcing leaders and local, regional and global medical business partners Collaborate with medical teams to identify sourcing needs for clinical trials and other medical services Your ideal qualification You should have a Bachelor`s or Master`s degree, e.g. MBA, MSc, with a major focus on Health Administration or Finance completed by a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of clinical contracting, sourcing, clinical research or a related field.
