Your tasks: You will manage multiple teams and Account Directors and be responsible for strategic counselling for clients, focusing on adding and developing new projects, and quality management of international integrated communication campaigns and projects. You will provide leadership, direction and guidance to all staff members and report to the CEO. When fulfilling the aforementioned tasks, you will be the main liaison for the controlling and accounting Unit Directors. You will manage and supervise all financial processes of the unit, in addition to developing and overseeing the business plans for clients and projects. You will lead and develop New Business tenders including the quality management of all contributions from other units. You will be the main liaison for Human Resources and manage all recruitments and promotions. Job Profile: You will possess 7+ years of relevant international agency experience and have the ability to lead and grow a company. You will have very good knowledge of planning, implementing and evaluating integrated communications and will have an impressive record of new business acquisition on international tenders.
