You take over responsibility for personnel and cost centers for the support group within the Aseptic Filling Department (GA). You are personally responsible for the planning of personnel, equipment and budget. In the course of your work, you are responsible for ensuring and monitoring general quality-related aspects within the department of aseptic filling. For approved products, you also provide support for product-specific questions. With the introduction of new products, processes, equipment and facilities you, in cooperation with the head of the department and the quality officer, are responsible for ensuring the required quality standards and the implementation of regulatory requirements. Participation in audits and inspections come naturally to you. You coordinate training projects and are significantly involved in the process of monitoring and continuous improvement. You also assume responsibility for the optimization of the GMP documentation and implement it in close consultation with the groups “GA implementation” and “GA production." You assist those responsible for all production-specific issues in customer audits and inspections by authorities.
