Purpose: Lead and drive the merchandising and cross-category developments and planning. Development of the overall merchandising footprint helping to improve Global Brand ID, profitability and efficiency. Help to baseline all needed brand and commercial opportunities within the Route 2015 project lead(s) Job profile: Lead and navigate merchandising and cross-category GTM projects– ranging architecture (GFR etc.), margin and guiding the service level agreement with operations. Lead the Ranging sell-in (hit rate / volumes) and sell-through on continued basis and feedback to the GTM / BU creation thus helping to improve Global Brand ID, profitability and efficiency. Lead and steer the merchandising and cross-category GTM calendar and process along the key milestones: (Commercial Input, Marking Planning Phase(s), Concept Reviews(s), GTM Handover(s), GBC / GMM and sell-thru(s) Collaborate with key stakeholders on timely delivery of Product and Brand Marketing deliverables along the GTM process.
