  Tasks hhh Establishment of the Business Improvement Department within Group Strategy, including design of processes within the department and interfaces to business units, recruitment of staff for the department, inclusion of relevant tasks and staff in the department from other organisations within MAN Diesel & Turbo SE hhh Lead of the small Business Improvement team within Group Strategy hhh Identification and prioritization of process inefficiencies and rooms for improvement, together with the business units hhh Internal counseling of employees and management in the business units in implementation of process improvements by using LEAN tools.
