Lead, direct, and manage the development and execution of the company wide procurement function (strategic procurement, purchasing, contract management and vendor relationship management) for indirect materials and services in line with the DR2015 organisational blueprint. The corporate procurement for indirect materials and services is targeting a 1.5B€ annual spend (spend with procurement involvement) and the acquisition of a broad range of services and materials needed by the Group to meet its business goals and initiatives. Provide the necessary vision, leadership, and day-to-day management to drive and create an efficient, effective, and world-class procurement organization that delivers quantifiable benefits to the Business Units across the adidas Group.     Key Responsibilities:   Sets the vision, strategic direction, expectations, and objectives for the procurement organization Establish overall governance, policies, procedures, systems, quality standards, and best practices to enable the company to optimize the transparency and the management of  spend Communicate on a consistent basis with executives and managers in order to establish and to promote positive relations with Business Units, partners and Vendors and to create the ability to execute and to extend corp ...
