Purpose of the job Main mission of this position is to be accountable for the following activities within the Engineering Performance Office department at RS3 level:   Budget Monitor, optimize and harmonize budgeting process, time booking, controlling process Review the RS3 engineering resource planning Define, monitor and optimize time booking rules for RS3 engineering sites and functions Consolidate RS3 engineering work load (site and central functions) Budget consolidation for RS3 engineering Review engineering hours booked & spend per site Analysis of budget allocation and usage based on project resources and their usage Measure the financial impact of risks and opportunities of different projects Monitor budget contracts & indirect costs, and establish the estimates of the Engineering Department Liaise with the controllers to resolve operational issues   Resources Create an overview of existing engineering resources, their location and belonging to the different sites and departments Mapping of strategic engineering competencies and their availability in RS3 Analysis and methods of engineering resource usage in sites and projects   General The Role of Budget & Resources is to provide accurate information.
