For Cassidian in Munich/Unterschleissheim within the department CFCP4 - Financial KPI Division Assessment Method we are looking for a Head of Financial KPI Division Assessment Method (m/f).   CASH:- Defines concept & ways to steer CASS Cash Performance- Focal Point for operative Cash Forecasting - Implement new Cash KPIs into the new Organization- Strongly support EADS MAX CASH projectOP / Budgeting:- Coordinates and continuously improves OP planning of the Matrix between COO and Countries ("Call for Planning")- Coordinates 'Target Budgeting process' Others:- Continuous development of the CASS Shared Responsibility Model including Financial KPIs- Develops Profitability Model of Business Segments- Sets standards for Business Cases & other methods   - Degree in business administration, economics or similar- Broad knowledge and professional experience in finance processes with focus on enterprise planning and cash management within medium/large companies- Highly developed communication skills to be able to communicate and arbitrate between several parties- Ability to being an interface with several different functions- Excellent leadership skills and management experience- German and English: fluent / negotiation level   If you are interested in this position, please apply though ...
