Role & Responsibilites:  Define standards and Global Policies in terms of Quality Control (QC) in cooperation with Global Quality Assurance (QA) and local organizations Supervise the implementation of the QC standard and Global Policies assuring correct harmonization Manage interfaces and support  Global GMP QA for all the items referred to GMP Compliance in the area of QC Manage interfaces and support Global E & EHS for all the items referred to EHS Compliance in the area of QC Manage interfaces and support all Global Product Supply (GPS) organization for Quality Control and Narcotic Services management Supervise and monitor in cooperation with local organization  the MTP (budget and forecasts) Define in cooperation with Local organizations “make or buy” in terms of Quality Control Decide and split Quality Control activities in case of extraordinary demands or peak management Participate in Global projects in order to properly support  and assure QC strategy and activities Drive, define and implement Global projects for QC of the next generation (e.g. PAT; continuous processes etc.) in alignment with TS, GI and manufacturing sites Define and implement Global projects for QC in terms of 6 Sigma and Lean organization Define and implement Global and Local  initiatives o ...
