As Head of Logistics, Master Data and Product Life Cycle management (PLM) you will work in our Solution Center Operations & Back Office in the Diagnostic Informatics Division. This position consists of the following responsibilities: Lead a highly motivated team of 5 to 7 IT consultants based in various Roche Diagnostics locations. As Solution Manager you are responsible for the availability, support, maintenance and data security of assigned business applications (site logistics, master data and product life cycle management processes in manufacturing sites).  Negotiate service level agreements, monitor services and ensure that service levels are met. Manage international projects within the approved scope, budget and time. As Supplier Manager you will ensure appropriate price-performance management and that all contracts conform with business requirements and guidelines.
