Primary Job Responsibilities   A critical element of eBay’s accelerated growth in the coming years in Germany will be building out our ability to connect buyer/inventory insights, effective sourcing of the right products from our sellers and world-class targeted marketing.       We’ve made great progress developing new concepts like daily deals, search page merchandising and homepage takeovers in the last few years – but today still only a relatively small share of our sales come from these managed activities. In the future we aspire to make this a $1bn+ per year German business, in a way which contributes substantially to our critical strategic priority of increasing visitor to buyer conversion on the site.       This role will play the leadership role in championing and delivering this transformation, reporting to the German Buyer lead and managing a small direct team.
