Key Responsibilities You will lead the service management team and support the Chief Operating Officer and provide best-in class service management processes by: Developing state of the art service management capabilities within GA COO organization to enable overall business strategy Managing multiple teams in the field of service management such as provider management, service level agreement (sla) management and quality management Evaluating and deciding upon different service management strategies Working closely together with the operational units and providers as well as GA departments to ensure efficient service execution Supporting COO through contribution to strategic decisions in all areas Communicating service management concepts internally to Chief Operating Officer and Executive Boards and externally to GA clients and collaboration partners Escalating and problem ...
