Define, manage and control the implementation of HR programs -in accordance with UCB Corporate HR Policies- to ensure that the affiliate has the appropriate Human Resources to achieve its strategic objectives, supported by HR services, systems and solutions, consistent with business requirements, employee needs and values.    Be the HR Business Partner to the Managing Director and Management Team of Germany      • Fully understand the strategy and value drivers for the business and focus the team on those      • Act as a coach/advisor to the Area Head and those in the team that need it      • Bring relevant information and insights on people matters based on best in class HR metrics      • Facilitate/drive talent processes (staffing, performance and comp review, Talent and organization review, talent engagement)      • Anticipate changes in market and impact on workforce   Be responsible for the German HR team      • Lead the team of HR professionals      • Ensure proper coordination with other Global HR business partners (R&D, Corporate Services, Technical Operations)      • Ensure efficient HR services for all populations      • Drive HR Shared Services      • Ensure respect of all legal obligations relating ...
