Manage a team of HR, IT and other team members to coordinate and document business requirements, identify solutions, implement solutions, test solutions, and provide transition and go live support Cover projects, support and optimization, input to end to end delivery and servicing,  as well as all related change management   Team management includes scoping of deliverables, planning/budgeting, staffing/resourcing, prioritization and quality assurance People management such as setting objectives, following through and providing feedback on performance, development as well as training on compliance, risk management and other topics required for the team to function and adhere to the processes of the support organization Act as a chairperson of the Change Management Team (CMT) unless assigned differently   : University degree or equivalent and 5 years of work experience with SAP HR and HR processes Good people management skills and/or experience Very good project management skills and the ability to lead and/or participate in projects; appropriate value/cost orientation in decision-making Ability to proactively plan, monitor and prioritise activities within the area of responsibility, including for any assigned budgets Ability to communicate effectively with (international) s ...
