HR CTP (Controlling, Technology & Processes) is a unit within Corporate Human Resources which is responsible for the efficient deployment and further improvement of the global HR technology platform process standardization and optimization for global Human Resources and the effective application of HR controlling reporting tools The main responsibilities of the open position are to support from a technological point of view the •development, creation and operation of state of the art reports, analysis and KPI’s for different stakeholders in the organization •further improvement of the HR SAP platform and related tools on a global scale •alignment of peripheral systems in the countries and regions to global guidelines •global innovation management regarding HR systems and tools •effective collaboration with IT and SAP teams assigned to HR systems •lead and support projects on global level and responsible for Region MEA Essential additional technical tasks: •Monitor, analyse and ensure global master data quality •Support the administration of Organization Management •Provide technical training to region organizations Requirements •Master or bachelor degree in Information Technology or Business Administration •Profound technical knowledge of SAP HR Modules †...
