As part of the Group CIO function Group IT Strategy and Enterprise Strategy (GISEA) develops and implements the Groups IT strategy, architecture and the information security. Additionally, GISEA sets the IT standards for the Group and develops the Target Operating Model (TOM) for IT, i.e. processes and organizational setup.The Group Information Security function develops, manages, maintains and assures appropriate supervision of the security framework for the Group by balancing business opportunities and security risks and in particular by focusing on: 1. Building a strong Information Security community2. Actively support and provide Information Security governance for Key group initiatives and solutions3.
