You are responsible for: - Coordination of the Wonderware inside sales team - Review of incoming orders in terms of price, end user, retail, license, required documents as well as coordination / consultation / assistance when order processing - Quoting, and tracking of proposals - Care of the CRM system (Sales Force), implementation of actions / campaigns, assigning contacts / leads to campaigns - Telephone answering customer queries - Cooperation with the sales staff in the coordination of the Region D-A-CH (Germany D, Austria A, Switzerland CH)  - Account development, marketing and software support - Support of marketing, customer support for seminars, workshops and fairs - Tracking and qualification of trade show and event leads   Required Competencies: ·         Customer Focus ·         Problem Solving ·         Technical Learning ·         Creativity & Planning ·         Self Motivation   Qualifications   Required Skills:   -  A minimum of 3 years of related experience in either a technical capacity, or working   in the environment of the software business - Excellent telephone manner with customers and clients          - Excellent knowledge of Proposal and Contract Management  - Experienced and goal-oriented wit ...
