You will take a lead integration role in technology development responsible for process module development and integration. The role covers continuous improvement of existing FEOL/BEOL modules and to development/transfer of new processes and modules in support of the Micronas product and technology roadmap. Specific Responsibilities: > ownership of FEOL/BEOL modules for existing and new/transferred technologies> implementation of process improvements to resolve integration issues, improve process robustness,    lower defect densities and improve yield> characterization of process margins with respect to yield, reliability and electrical parameters> responsible for transfer including detailed transfer planning including process and module matching> definition of key test patterns for module development and characterization> validation of design rules and reliability requirements to meet Micronas product requirements> integration lot data analysis and correlation of in-line physical, electrical and reliability data for process   improvement> establishing and driving a cross-functional integration development plan with clearly defined   milestones and deliverables> project and technical reporting to management on a regular basisYour profile > MSc. or PhD. in Engineering or Ap ...
