The Monitoring Solutions and Intensive Care Marketing Manager will be part of the Acute Care European team reporting into the Acute Care GM. He or she will develop a winning strategy for our Monitoring Solution modality to grow our cross-modality Intensive Care footprint and work closely with the different products & care area marketers to build, coordinate & execute our marketing plans, in order to drive growth through differentiated customer-oriented solutions. Essential Responsibilities Essential responsibilities included (but not limited to):  Develop the overall Monitoring Solution modality strategy.  Develop the overall Intensive Care segment strategy  Drive strategic marketing (market analysis, Segmentation, positioning, value creation, GTM)  Drive the modality financials (Order, share, margin growth)  Represent the modality in business & marketing reviews , and strategic planning  Ensure share gain & profitable growth through pricing & discount approval, and business initiatives  Contribute to Must Win Deals success in the Monitoring/ICU field  Represents Europe for Monitoring & Intensive Care within the global Monitoring organization  Utilizes key industry data and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in market place  Builds long t ...
