Essential Functions of the Job / Responsibilities Develop an understanding and awareness of the internal communication needs within the firm Help execute an internal communications strategy that will address the above identified needs  Liaison with the core team and key stakeholders to understand changes and potential implications for internal communications Day to day execution of the Firm's internal communication campaign to deliver timely and effective communications, mainly in English but at times in German Understand, appreciate and master the range of communication channels to be used  Work with an editorial calendar of news and content and build a small network of regular contributors Measure internal communications success and value to the business by implementing appropriate feedback mechanisms for each communications channel Leads project teams through multiple, complex projects which cross borders    Your profile - to help us progress together Educated to degree level with 3-5 years communications experience Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively in written and verbal format in both English and German German and English language skills - excellent written and verbal communications Confidence to build and maintain relationships  Team player, with ...
