Reporting to the Vice President SHEQ, the purpose of the role is to facilitate Lean projects and to encourage the application of Lean principles within our organization.   Responsibility for the implementation and further development of the "Benteler Operating System - Lean Enterprise" (BOS-LE) using principles such as CIP, TPM, 5S and the Toyota Problem Solving Process in a consistent way over all operations   Constant tracking of the Lean Management projects worldwide   Work with all hierarchical levels to provide education and training (in Englisch and German) on the BOS-LE practices and Lean principles to speed project implementation and ongoing sustainable improvement   Facilitate on-site workshops   Identify and analyze complex and challenging improvement projects aligned to the BOS-LE practices and Lean manufacturing principles to support the overall growth strategy   Qualifikation/ Erfahrung   Technical or economic University degree and several years of working experience in leading continuous process improvement; alternatively related experience gained by practice alone   Comprehensive proficiency in facilitating Lean Management trainings; qualification as CIP or Lean Trainer appreciated   Practical skills in leading project teams and/or line responsibility   E ...
