CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Business Planning: Support the development of the business activities for the respective strategic/key account as well as analyzing business plans and performance targets. Work with the SAM to develop, manage and execute a strong account management strategy by product and category type. Execute policies, programs and processes to achieve revenue targets and strong brand positioning. Contribute to key account sales planning and decision-making. Sales/Account Management: Build new and expand existing distribution in the Performance channel. Understand and participate in a consultative approach in managing and directing customers in the analysis, planning and execution of account business plans. Frequently visit the top doors on a seasonal basis in order to enhance relationship building.
